  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree *you can add more if you like!
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup *more as needed
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • Splash of milk, as/if needed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of your favorite protein powder *I used pumpkin spice, but vanilla or caramel would be great! Can also sub collagen.
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2-3 tbsp chocolate chips, of choice

  • Add all of the yogurt ingredients to a small bowl, mixing well. Taste and adjust the flavor as you’d like (more maple syrup, spice, etc.). If your mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk until it’s your desired consistency.
  • Melt the chocolate in a separate small bowl, until smooth. Pour it over the yogurt, spreading it out evenly. I added a sprinkle of chopped pecans for extra texture.
  • Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate has hardened and formed a crisp shell. Then, enjoy!
  • If not eating straight away, cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge so that the yogurt doesn’t freeze solid, keeping it creamy.
